Cienkie ferromagnetyczne warstwy typu perowskitu LSCO
This paper describes a sol-gel manufacturing process of LSCO thin films, presents measurements of their resistivity vs. composition, shows thermal coefficient of selected composition resistivity as well as its magnetoresistive properties.
W artykule zaprezentowano opracowanie technologii wytwarzania cienkich ferromagnetycznych warstw LSCO -(La,Sr)CoO3, omówiono metody pomiarów ich parametrów rezystancyjnych, termicznych i magnetorezystancyjnych, przedstawiono wyniki pomiarów, wskazano przykładowe zastosowania tych warstw.
