The general assumptions, goals and key elements of the marine e-navigation strategy have been presented. The priority users needs of an e-navigation was described. The radiocommunication issues concerning the preliminary plan of an e-navigation strategy implementation have been presented. At the end the progress in works on the preliminary e-navigation strategy implementation plan have been presented.},
